Sending Messages:

If you need to send Doctor Novich a message, please do so via Patient Fusion. Documents can be uploaded to messages. Please avoid calling, texting or emailing the office for routine matters.

Please do not send messages to schedule appointments, use the Simplybook.me tool.  Need help booking an appointment?  Click here.

Along with general communications, messages can be sent via Patient Fusion in order to request:

Sending General Messages with Patient Fusion:

1. Log into Patient Fusion

2. Click on the "Messages" tab on the left-hand sidebar.

3. Click on the "New message" button at the top right-hand corner of the screen.


4. In the new message window, enter the subject of your message into the "Subject" field.

5. Then, enter the communication you would like to send in the body of the message.

- If you desire, you can attach an image or a website link to the message via the "link" and "paperclip" icons respectively.

6. Press the "Send" button to send the message to Doctor Novich directly.
