2. Click on the "Health Records" tab on the left-hand sidebar.
3. Click on the "Download >>" link at the top right-hand corner of the screen.
4. Next, choose the download format.
- You will likely want to choose "PDF format".
5. On the "Download PDF Records" pop-up. Review the options under the "Health records" section you would like to download and check/uncheck boxes accordingly.
6. Additional, check the boxes related to any of the visits in the "Visit Summary" section that you would like to include in the download.
7. Press the "Download PDF Record" button to download your selections to your local computer.
8. Open the downloaded file from your browser or locate the file on your computer and review it.
- The file should be named "patient_summary.pdf" by default.
- If the report is unavailable or the format is unacceptable please send a message via Patient Fusion with the specifics about what report you need and why. Please see the previous section for assistance sending messages.
